Hi Reader, If you’re planning to fly within the United States in 2025, here’s an important travel update you need to know. Starting May 7, 2025, U.S. air travelers (even for domestic flights) will need to present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative to pass through airport security. A valid U.S. passport will also meet this requirement if you don't have a REAL ID yet. Travelers without the proper ID can expect delays, additional screening, and may even be denied access to the security checkpoint. Helpful Resources:
